Thanks to continued scale, the President and CEO are seeking to add a hands‑on Accounting Manager who can bring clarity, structure, and forward‑thinking leadership to a dynamic, evolving environment.
Location & EmploymentWest Fort Worth – In Office – Full‑time – Mid‑Senior level
CompensationBase salary: $95,000 – $120,000 per year (actual pay based on skills and experience)
Role OverviewThe Accounting Manager will lead day-to-day accounting operations with a visible, hands‑on approach.
Core Responsibilities- Oversight of A/P, A/R, payroll, cash management, account reconciliation, G/L management & month‑end close
- Production of monthly financials, budgeting, forecasting & short and long‑range planning
- Direct interaction with the outside CPA firm and financial consultants to ensure compliance across federal, state, local, payroll, property and sales tax and coordinate the annual audit
- Communication with state and federal agencies when required
- Ongoing partnership with the President & CEO to evaluate performance, model future scenarios & guide decision‑making grounded in real‑time financial clarity
- Anticipates issues long before they become problems
- Leads with a service‑focused mindset while maintaining a high accountability standard
- Comfortable talking with the shop floor team and negotiating with external financial partners
- Brings a steady presence in environments where speed, accuracy & follow‑through matter every single day
- Six or more years of progressive accounting leadership
- BBA in Accounting or a related business field
- Strong operational accounting foundation with experience in a distribution, production, manufacturing, or inventory‑driven environment
- Proficiency in Net Suite or a comparable ERP system
- History of driving measurable improvements such as reduced costs, increased efficiencies, systems upgrades & successful Net Suite implementations
- Above‑market base compensation
