Ranchbot’s core focus is on water for Livestock and has high adoption in cattle and sheep grazing activities across the states. It is now expanding its core water monitoring offering to include a range of its own and third-party technologies, including sensors for Rainfall, Flow, Pressure, Cameras, Pump Control, Trough monitors, and more.
The company’s software platform, My Ranchbot, gathers data from its on-ranch monitors and converts it into actionable insights that inform better ranch management decisions and actively engage customers to improve asset and resource utilization.
Role Description
Essential: Ag-tech experience, ranch/farm lifestyle background, or a relevant degree in Agricultural Business, Ag Communications, or a related field.
We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving scale-up environment. This role is central to Ranchbot’s U.S. marketing efforts, defining and leading integrated brand strategy and campaigns across traditional (OOH, experiential events, PR), digital (social, SEO, email), and omnichannel tactics—demonstrating resilience through proven startup pivots.
The right fit is a self-starting leader with a well-rounded background: 6+ years in growth-stage marketing (agritech ideal), including 3+ years owning paid and earned media strategy and mix, GTM launches, budgets, and campaigns from ideation through ROI under resource constraints. Brings proven team leadership and an assertive communication style that translates feedback with urgency and clarity, holding the team accountable while fostering momentum and results.
Working closely with the marketing team, PR partners, and external agencies, you will oversee the execution of content strategies and campaigns that engage audiences, support the sales team (BDMs), and amplify Ranchbot's brand. You will analyze data and track key metrics to inform decisions—delivering measurable results through hands-on oversight and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrated Campaign Leadership: Define, budget, execute full-funnel campaigns; oversee digital planning/execution for awareness/lead gen; track/report performance (engagement/reach/ROI); balance short-term wins with long-term growth.
- Brand Strategy & Content: Tailor rancher-centric (and other persona) narratives leveraging lifestyle insight; enforce on-brand consistency across channels; oversee content development (write/edit blogs, newsletters, website, collateral); guide creative across teams/agencies.
- Social Media & PR Leadership: Oversee social strategies, PR/comms from concept to post analysis; analyze data to optimize performance.
- Media Mix Optimization: Pioneer traditional (OOH, experiential events, PR)/digital /paid-earned channel integration for lead gen/awareness; align with sales/product GTM.
- Revenue Marketing & Budget Oversight: Apply revenue marketing principles to manage budgets, analyze performance, run A/B tests, and pivot under constraints to optimize ROI.
