Corporate Controller

CPG & Associates is partnered with a rapidly growing $150M private equity-backed nationwide commercial facilities management solutions company in Fort Worth to find a Corporate Controller. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on CPA to join the finance leadership team and play a key role in the company’s expansion. The ideal candidate will have a track record of building and managing high-performing teams and the ability to scale accounting operations for the next phase of growth.

This highly visible role will be integral to all strategic discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting operations, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
• Oversee internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Lead financial reporting and board reporting.
• Manage the annual audit process.
• Drive process improvements and system implementations.
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• CPA required.
• 7-10+ years of accounting and leadership experience.
• Proficiency with modern accounting ERPs (e.g., Net Suite, Sage, Dynamics).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation Range: $160-195k + 15-20% bonus
