Operational Scope: $300,000–$400,000 in monthly contents volume
OverviewWe are representing a restoration organization seeking a senior-level Contents Manager to take full ownership of a high-volume contents operation in the Dallas–Fort Worth market. This role exists due to sustained and increasing contents demand and requires someone who has already operated successfully at scale.
The Contents Manager will be accountable for execution, compliance, staffing, vendor coordination, customer experience, and financial performance across a large and complex contents workload. This is not a build-from-scratch role and not suitable for junior contents leaders
.
The right candidate has already managed significant monthly volume, understands TPA-driven environments
, and has experience navigating large-loss events without losing control of process or margins.
This role requires confidence, operational discipline, and the ability to manage chaos without creating it.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn day-to-day operations of the contents division handling $300K–$400K in monthly revenue
Lead contents workflows including pack-out, cleaning, storage, and pack-back
Operate within TPA requirements
, service-level agreements, and audit standards
Manage contents crews and vendors through large-loss and complex claims
Maintain consistent communication with customers during high-stress loss events
Coordinate closely with mitigation, reconstruction, and administrative teams
Ensure job files are complete, compliant, and audit-ready
Monitor labor, vendor costs, throughput, and margins
Serve as the senior escalation point for contents-related issues

This is not appropriate for managers who have only run small or inconsistent contents workloads
This role requires comfort with carrier oversight, audits, and documentation discipline
Success is measured by volume handled, compliance, margins, and customer outcomes

Proven experience managing contents operations in a restoration environment
Demonstrated history handling $300K+ per month in contents revenue
TPA experience is required

Direct exposure to large-loss contents work (commercial, multifamily, or CAT)
Experience leading crews and/or managing third-party vendors
Strong operational and organizational discipline
Stable work history reflecting increasing responsibility
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and demonstrated volume history
