• Enter and maintain all accounts payable;
• Reconcile monthly vendor statements and related transactions;
• Act as liaison between the various departments to investigate discrepancies and ensure expenses are coded properly;
• Process weekly check and EFT payments to vendors;
• Reconcile accounts payable;
• Assist with monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting; and
• Work with Controller to ensure clean and timely year-end audit.

• One to three years of experience, preferably with a background in retail;
• Excellent organizational, written and analytical skills;
• Previous experience using PDI software strongly preferred.
• Strong computer skills, most importantly with MS Excel;
• Strong interpersonal/communication skills; and
• Team player and ability to work in fast paced changing environment.
