You will be the F-22 Integrated Logistics Support Manager (ILSM) – Level 5 responsible for the leadership of sustainment integration activities for the IFG F-22 Sustainment Line of Business (LOB).
What You Will Be DoingAs a manager, you will be responsible for the leadership over a group of F‑22 ILSMs working sustainment execution tasking across both modernization and sustainment contracts. You will report through the IFG Sustainment Integration Office (IO), coordinate with the F‑22 strategy integration lead, and be responsible for the execution of the F‑22 ILSM team tasks.
As the ILSM leader for IFG F‑22 Sustainment Operations, you will be responsible for integrating processes across the sustainment capability teams to deliver customer readiness at a cost‑effective price. You will develop a cohesive team of employees to support the following execution activities:
- Execution of sustainment strategies across the F‑22 portfolio
- Integrates sustainment technical solutions across the modernization and sustainment efforts
- Prioritizes team tasks aligned with the F‑22 sustainment strategy
- Provides Contract Metric Reporting to director‑level leadership
- Risk and Opportunity identification and associated corrective action plans

Further Information About This OpportunityMUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

Basic Qualifications:- Holds Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, OR holds comparable combined education/experience
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams or project teams
- Experience fostering customer relationships
- Experience in aircraft sustainment Product Lifecycle Support (i.e., Sustainment Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements)
Skills:
- Holds a Bachelors, Masters, or advanced degree in relevant discipline
- Familiarity with USAF customer
- Excellent communication and relationship skills with proven ability to communicate to all levels internally and externally
- Experience in leading technical talent and building pipelines to sustain technical expertise
- Experience in Supply Chain Management
- Experience in Project/Program Management
- Earned Value Management
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Part‑time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five‑day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week
