Description
You will be the Program Management Integrator - Level 4 for the F-22 Modernization Portfolio, responsible for driving integration across software, hardware, and test enterprises to deliver a unified modernization roadmap.
What You Will Be DoingLead integration efforts across the F-22 Modernization Portfolio, coordinate technical teams, and provide clear performance reporting to senior leadership.
Responsibilities- Lead integration activities for the F-22 Modernization portfolio, serving as the primary interface among internal leaders, U.S. Government customers, and Boeing partners.
- Develop and maintain the F-22 Modernization roadmap, capacity models, and schedule‑ and cost‑baseline plans.
- Implement and oversee On‑Time Delivery tracking, risk & opportunity management, EPRS, Earned Value Management, and execution scorecards.
- Produce recurring briefings and deliverables for senior program leadership and external stakeholders.
- Support senior program management with proposal development, staffing plans, and customer interactions.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or higher education.
- Program/Project Management or Integration Experience.
- Active Secret Clearance.
- Engineering experience and/or experience with execution/integration of development programs.
- Experience with program/project management and program integration processes in complex environments.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time‑management skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate team toward accomplishment of organizational commitments.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to address complex issues and solutions with program leadership.
- Demonstrated communication skills across diverse teams and ability to leverage cross‑functional organizational networks.
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. citizen for consideration. Clearance level:
Secret.
