Senior Sales Manager – Hospitality SaaS Solutions

Work Schedule: Hybrid — 4 days in-office, 1 day remote per week

Compensation: Up to $190,000 OTE

Overview

The Senior Sales Manager will lead a team of high-performing Sales Executives, driving results through effective leadership, strategic planning, and a culture of accountability. This role oversees the full sales process and is responsible for coaching, training, and developing new and existing team members to exceed performance targets. The ideal candidate is a data-driven, motivational leader with strong SaaS experience—particularly within the hospitality technology sector—and a proven track record of growing and scaling successful sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 8–10 Sales Executives to achieve and surpass revenue goals.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and coaching sessions to strengthen performance and engagement.
  • Manage and assess the sales pipeline across the team, providing accurate forecasts to senior leadership.
  • Analyze team KPIs to identify trends, drive accountability, and improve results.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize regional sales and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
  • Proven leadership experience managing a full-cycle outbound sales team—ideally in a short-cycle, transactional SaaS environment.
  • Strong background in hospitality or hotel technology highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS sales metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management
    .
  • Skilled in coaching, developing, and empowering sales professionals to achieve peak performance.
  • Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM systems, with a data-driven approach to leadership.
