Construction Project Manager III

100% onsite position

Contract Position

Pay: $50-60/hour

An established organization is seeking an experienced Project Manager III. This role is responsible for managing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with scope, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate internal teams, contractors, architects, engineers, and third-party vendors for seamless project execution
  • Ensure all construction projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Define project scope, objectives, and technical feasibility in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor progress, milestones, and deliverables
  • Manage project schedule, costs, and scope changes using appropriate control processes
  • Oversee resource allocation to ensure optimal project execution
  • Track performance metrics and provide regular status reports to senior leadership
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
  • Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
  • Lead client meetings to gather requirements and clarify construction specifications
  • Analyze financial data to ensure budget adherence and recommend adjustments as needed
  • Develop project documentation including schedules, process maps, cost tracking spreadsheets, and progress reports
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and pharmaceutical construction requirements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
  • Construction project management within pharmaceutical manufacturing or GMP-regulated facilities preferred
  • Experience with cleanroom builds, facility expansions, renovations, or capital equipment installation
  • PMP certification strongly preferred
  • Proven experience managing construction projects from concept through closeout
