Job Title:Benefits / HR / Project Manager
Location:Fort Worth, TX
Contract Duration:12 Months Contract
Note
: 100% onsite and will work 9-5. Interviews will be 2 rounds; 1st virtual, 2nd onsite.
- Support two high-priority initiatives requiring immediate attention.
- Living Wage Ordinances in several cities, including Philadelphia (PHL) and Los Angeles (LAX).
- Track individual benefit elections, manage ongoing wage adjustments, and ensure compliance across multiple locations.
- Tiered Life Insurance Program for Pilots to be introduced during this year’s Annual Enrollment (AE).
- Dedicated project management and administrative oversight to ensure accurate setup, implementation, and employee communication.
