Join our team and play a key role in driving excellence, safety, and productivity in our warehouse operations. We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for our D2C facility in Fort Worth, TX to lead a dedicated team and help ensure that every product leaves our facility meeting the highest standards of quality and service.

Sunday
- Wednesday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM  Sunday
- Wednesday, 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM###
** What You’ll Do
*** Lead, train, and coach your team to meet or exceed performance goals in productivity, quality, and safety.
* Oversee daily warehouse operations—including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and organization of goods.
* Plan and coordinate production schedules, allocate resources effectively, and maintain accurate time and production records.
* Monitor key metrics and generate reports to keep plant leadership informed of performance and progress.
* Manage warehouse activity related to sales, purchasing, and record control to ensure product availability and operational efficiency.###
** Additional Responsibilities
*** Operate and work with material handling equipment and warehouse machinery.
* Promote a positive, collaborative work environment by resolving employee concerns and maintaining open communication across all levels.
* Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.###
** What We’re Looking For
*** Minimum 3-5
** years of leadership experience
** in a warehouse or logistics environment.
* Experience with
** Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)**.
* Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
* Ability to thrive in diverse environments — from
** cold storage (-20°F /
-25°C)
** to
** dry storage (up to 100°F / 37°C)** — while wearing company-provided PPE and freezer gear.
* Physically capable of lifting
** up to 40 lbs** (or more depending on facility needs).
* Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends as needed.
* Comfortable working in environments with varying noise levels.
* Bilingual Preferred###
