Job Title: Key Account Manager

Sign-On Bonus: This position is eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Key PurposeThe Key Account Manager is responsible for ensuring all functions, initiatives, and priorities support the customer’s overall business strategy. This position is responsible for the effective and efficient functioning of the operation(s) within the guidelines established by the client organization, as well as the corporation. He/She/They is responsible for continuous improvement and will drive and optimize performance and contract obligations, deploying ISS standard processes and concepts.

- Develop, manage agendas, and lead weekly management team meetings.
- Effectively communicate, motivate, and interact with all levels within the organization.
- Create and develop relationships with local vendors and department leads.
- Manage client and customer relationships.
- 5+ years of General Management experience in Facilities Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or similar required;
Master’s degree is highly preferred. - Proven track record of leadership: building, managing, and leading large teams.
- Positive attitude and dependable under pressure.
- Passion for hospitality, innovation, and creative experiences.
- Successful coaching and teaching skills.
- Creating a culture of workplace safety.
- Proven ability to maximize budget and enhance user experience.
- Good judgement and decision-making skills.
- Working knowledge of Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Client interaction experience in both informal and formal settings.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Satisfy the needs of the client and customer by providing high-quality, cost-effective facilities services.
- Interview and hire unit staff employees in accordance with regulations.
- Participate and lead in establishing employee training and development programs.
- Maintain accurate and timely accounting and financial records.
- Establish effective communication channels with customers and client management.
- Manage the planning of procurement, inventory control, and supply chain activities.
- Train staff on building and maintaining client and customer relationships.
- Schedule employees and conduct employee meetings.
- Coach employees and conduct performance appraisals.
- Work closely with leadership to review budgets and performance.
- Lead and maintain safety as a priority for all employees, customers, and clients.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 25lbs.
- Must adhere to the dress code.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
