LMX Model-Based Enterprise (MBE) Program Manager will be responsible for managing cost, schedule, and technical performance of all aspects of MBE Transformation across the Aeronautics enterprise. You will report directly to the Aeronautics Digital Transformation Officer and will play a key role in driving digital transformation across the Aeronautics enterprise.

What you will be doing:

This leader will be responsible for setting the MBE Vision, Mission, Strategy and Governance across the Aeronautics enterprise. The PM will manage the cross-functional delivery of MBE capabilities. Responsible for driving program management of the Aero MBE Digital Transformation initiatives including the Aeronautics Integrated Digital Environments (Saber and Star Drive), Software Factory (Horizon), and Design Cycle Acceleration (DCA). The PM will be responsible for setting the MBE vision and strategy, driving the execution and delivery of capabilities, and managing the MBE adoption roadmaps at Aeronautics.

Basic Qualifications:

• Demonstrated leadership skills and behaviors that align with the LM Full Spectrum Leadership imperatives

• Experienced at managing cost, schedule, and technical performance of a program using Agile and EVM techniques

• Experience in Program/Project Management, forming and leading teams, and financial oversight

• Bachelor's degree or higher

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $157,800 - $278,185. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
