Criminal Courts Division Manager
Provides management of the daily operations of the Criminal Courts Division while ensuring timely, accurate and professional services to the courts, private attorneys, District Attorney's office and the public. Manages personnel with direct supervision of three Assistant Managers. Oversees project development activities; implements new or expanded departmental policies and procedures; directs office procedural tasking; and ensures office compliance with departmental and county policies as well as state and federal laws.
Oversees the Judicial Compliance Office. Assists in the development and administration of the department's budgets. Recommends hiring, disciplinary actions, promotions and terminations. Represents County Clerk's office at various meetings, functions and conferences.

While performing the duties of this position, the incumbent is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb, lift, push and pull. Use of a motor vehicle is required to perform the essential duties of this position.
