The Director of Warehousing will be responsible for all of Fort Worth, TX DrinkPAK warehousing and distribution activities. This individual will be charged with developing a cohesive multi-site strategy and driving operational excellence across the various sites. The successful individual is a proven leader who is proficient at building culture and designing and implementing processes and structures to support large-volume, highly complex warehouse operations.

The position is located at DrinkPAK's facility in Fort Worth, Texas.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee all 24/7 warehousing and logistics activities for DP2.
  • Implement best-in-class 3PL processes and procedures to maximize space utilization and improve distribution and fulfillment efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary liaison to the supply chain, manufacturing, and finance leadership personnel.
  • Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Develops and leads a high-performing team by setting clear expectations, investing in employee growth, and driving performance through structured coaching and development plans.
  • Owns team capability and succession planning by partnering with cross-functional leaders to align talent development, training strategy, and long‑term workforce needs with business objectives.
  • Assign warehouse personnel according to schedule demand to support production needs.
  • Develop and implement warehouse processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
  • Coordinate, monitor, and adjust warehouse material planning protocols to support production and supply chain activities.
  • Implement best-in-class 3PL processes and procedures and leverage space planning models to maximize space utilization and improve distribution and fulfillment efficiency.
  • Implement asset utilization plans to support optimization of the company/shuttle and forklift assets across shifts and buildings.
  • Coordinate, monitor, and adjust warehouse material planning protocols to support production and supply chain activities.
  • Supervise all warehouse billing activities in coordinating with the finance department to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all invoicing.
  • Work with the CIO and 3rd party development resources to customize SAP and Manhattan system functionality when appropriate.
  • Develop and publish KPI scorecards and management reporting tools.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field required. Master’s Degree preferred or equivalent.
  • At least 10+ years of direct leadership experience in a large, complex 3PL environment.
  • Deep experience in an SAP, Manhattan, or a similar WMS system environment.
  • Demonstrated history of managing multi-site organizations, focusing on managing high‑performing inter‑facility logistics fleets.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard 3PL billing processes and procedures.
  • Proven experience motivating and inspiring a team to achieve industry‑leading performance.
  • Self‑motivated and self‑directed with strong business acumen.
  • Proven commitment to safety with a clean safety record.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
