Our approach hinges on engaging the best talent in the industry, guided by the collective expertise of the entire Sand Cherry team. We are focused on finding the right fit for each role to ensure future success.

Overview

This Program Manager position is a pivotal role focused on planning and executing business transformation initiatives, including cross-functional projects and enterprise technology implementations such as SAP ERP and enterprise CLM. While responsible for overall program oversight, the Program Manager will also act as a Project Manager for critical initiatives, providing hands-on leadership and execution where needed.

The Program Manager will work closely with Executives, leadership teams, and functional stakeholders to launch projects, oversee delivery, manage budgets and benefits, and drive adoption across the organization. This role is particularly critical within the dynamic and fast-paced oil and gas industry, where enterprise alignment and execution discipline are essential. This is a remote role. All qualified candidates MUST be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.

Please note that we do not work C2C.

  • Support adoption and culture change through communication, engagement, and leadership alignment.
  • Demonstrate strong program and project management discipline with attention to detail, overseeing initiatives and directly managing projects when required to ensure delivery.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years of program or project management experience, with specific experience in enterprise transformation efforts.
  • Proven ability to deliver large, cross-functional initiatives and process improvement projects with measurable business outcomes.
