CEO - Equity Partner Opportunity | HR Tech Startup

Atteniv is a compliance-first hybrid workforce management platform that helps organizations manage attendance policies while maintaining employee privacy. Built on the modern technology stack of Next.js, Typescript, React, n8n, and AI, we've invested nearly a year in productizing our solution and have developed what we believe is a highly viable, market-ready, “green-field” platform with comprehensive marketing materials and strong product-market fit validation.

Beyond our flagship attendance management solution, we're developing two additional products: a Contingent Workforce Management System and an AI-powered lead generation tool (Mini-CRM), creating a compelling product portfolio for the modern workplace.

We're seeking an entrepreneurial CEO to take the reins and drive Atteniv from product development to market leadership. This is a founder-level equity position for someone ready to build something significant. Our current founder/CEO has successfully established the technical and market foundation but seeks a full-time leader to accelerate growth while they transition to a board/advisory role.

• Product Strategy & Marketing
  :
  Drive go-to-market strategy and positioning for our three-product portfolio, refining product roadmaps based on market feedback.
• Revenue Growth
  :
  Lead sales efforts, cultivate prospect relationships, and close deals with enterprise clients.
• Funding & Investor Relations
  :
  Develop pitch materials, meet with investors, and secure funding to fuel growth.
• Team Building
  :
  Make strategic hiring decisions and build a high-performing team as resources allow.
• Operations & Finance
  :
  Manage budget allocation, resource deployment, and overall company operations.
• Strategic Leadership
  :
  Set company direction, establish partnerships, and position Atteniv as a market leader.

• HR/Workforce Management Expertise
  :
  Deep understanding of HR technology, compliance requirements, and workforce management challenges.
• Startup Experience
  :
  Proven track record growing early-stage companies, ideally in B2B SaaS or HR tech.
• Sales Leadership
  :
  Demonstrated ability to drive enterprise sales and build customer relationships.
• Fundraising Experience
  :
  Success securing seed/Series A funding and building investor relationships.
• Open Source/Services Business Models
  :
  Understanding of open-source or self-hosted software models (similar to n8n) with professional services revenue streams, including implementation, customization, and support services.
• Scrappy & Resourceful
  :
  Comfortable wearing multiple hats and driving results with limited resources.
• Strategic Thinker
  :
  Ability to see the big picture while executing tactical priorities.

You'll work alongside a dedicated core team including:

• Founding CEO (transitioning to advisory role)

This is an equity-only position with significant ownership potential. As CEO, you'll receive a substantial equity stake that reflects the leadership responsibility and growth potential. This is ideal for someone who:

Remote friendly, with preference for candidates who can travel for key meetings with prospects and investors.
