Job Description

You will be the Int. Program Planner Staff- IFG Integrated Planning
- Level 4 for the Integrated Fighter Group Planning Team which is responsible for supporting F‑16 and F‑22 sustainment and modernization efforts.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Int. Program Planner Staff- IFG Integrated Planning
- Level 4 you will be responsible for developing and maintaining execution schedules, integrating cost and schedule data, and coordinating across functional teams to ensure program success.

Your Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain network schedules using Open Plan, Primavera, MSProject, or Project View; perform integrity checks and critical‑path analysis.
  • Integrate cost and schedule data to support Earned Value Management reporting and analysis.
  • Facilitate briefings, provide status updates, and sustain relationships across engineering, procurement, contracts, and program management.
  • Analyze planning metrics, identify trends, and implement process improvements.

Further Information About This Opportunity

Must be a U.S. citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • ≥5 years in operational planning or scheduling, preferably within the defense sector.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience in schedule building tools (Open Plan, Primavera, MSProject, Project View).
  • Experience in CPM, critical‑path analysis, and Schedule Risk Analysis.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (cost/schedule integration).
Desired Skills
  • Degree in Construction Management, Program Management, Business Administration.
  • Experience with networked schedules, integrity checks, and critical path methodology.
  • Experience with Schedule Performance Management Techniques, e.g., Earned Value Management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience as a planning team lead and/or contract planner.
  • Proposal experience.
  • Strong knowledge of LM Program Performance Management (PPM) Command Media.
  • Supplier integration experience, performance analysis, and corrective action recommendation skills.
  • Familiarity with Risk and Opportunity Management, including identification, integration, and mitigation.
  • Deep knowledge of Deltek Open Plan.
  • Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA) experience.
  • Prior aerospace experience.
  • Proven ability to deliver clear briefings to diverse audiences; strong written and oral skills.
  • Demonstrated team‑building, influencing, and relationship management capabilities.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities; adept at interpreting planning metrics and trends.

  • Pay Rate: $109,200 - $189,290 (California, Massachusetts, New York). For other states, the salary range reflects the candidate’s final work location.
