Navy Region Southeast Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR) seeks a Supervisory Recreation Specialist to oversee the operation, coordination, and economical management of one pool at the Fort Worth JRB facility, ensuring aquatics programs run safely and efficiently.
The incumbent will supervise lifeguards and instructors, manage budgets, and develop programming for Active‑Duty personnel, families, retirees, retiree families, and DoD civilians, while maintaining facilities and safety standards.
