Abacus Solutions Group in the Dallas–Fort Worth area seeks an Operations Manager to lead a multi-station production department, oversee inventory, order intake, and timely delivery while promoting a lean culture of inventory, people, and processes.
The role requires strong leadership, experience with LEAN/Six Sigma, and the ability to manage up to 100 staff across 1st and 2nd shifts. Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS degree accepted with relevant experience.
