Company Profile
Worth CU is a member-owned credit union serving the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. We exist to be the best choice for friendly, competitive, and secure financial services, and everything we do is intended to benefit our member-owners, our employees, and the communities we serve.
We were founded in 1940 as Fort Worth Federal Employees Federal Credit Union, serving government employees in Fort Worth. In 2001 we became Fort Worth Community Credit Union, opening membership to anyone who lives, works, or attends school in Tarrant, Denton, Parker, or Johnson County. That expansion widened access to a full range of financial products, personalized service, and the benefits of cooperative membership.
Today we hold more than $1.3 billion in assets and serve over 74,000 members. We are proud of our place in the cooperative credit union movement, and equally focused on what comes next: building an institution where employees are proud to work, member-owners are proud to do business, and growth strengthens the member experience rather than straining it.

Role DescriptionThe VP, Enterprise Strategy Delivery is accountable for turning Worth CU's enterprise strategy into results our members experience. This is a new role with enterprise scope, reporting to the Chief People Officer, working across every function and partnering with the executive team to ensure our most important initiatives are delivered with discipline and care.
Worth CU is investing in the leadership and disciplines that allow a credit union to grow responsibly, so that scale strengthens the member experience rather than straining it. This role is central to that commitment. It brings together four capabilities that often sit apart in an organization, and holding them together is what allows good strategy to become real change.
Project managementOwn the enterprise view of our initiative portfolio: what is underway, how the work connects, and whether it is delivering the value it promised. Lead priority programs from business case through results, and build the standards and cadence the organization uses to run them well.
Process excellenceLead improvement work that strengthens operational performance, uses member resources efficiently, and makes it easier to be a member. Establish measurement so that improvement is demonstrated rather than assumed.
Change managementOwn how change is adopted across the organization, and build that capability in our leaders so it becomes part of how we work. Advise the executive team on organizational readiness ahead of significant decisions.
Change and internal communicationsLead how change is communicated across the organization, including leadership cascade and employee messaging, in partnership with the Chief People Officer. Employees who understand where we are going serve members better.
What makes this role distinctive:- You will build it. This is a new capability rather than an established office to maintain. You will design the approach and size it to our organization, drawing on proven methodology without importing structure built for a much larger institution.
- The scope is genuinely enterprise. You will work across every function, with direct access to the executive team and a seat in decisions rather than a hand-off after them.
- You are building ahead of need. This role exists because Worth CU is investing in capability before growth requires it, which is a more interesting problem than catching up after the fact.
- You will see your work take hold. The distance between a decision and its effect is short here, and the people served by an improvement are the same people who own the institution.
- This is a permanent capability, not a temporary assignment. The initiatives in front of us today are what the role takes on first. The function is built to grow with the organization.
- Ten or more years in a leadership role, including accountability for enterprise-wide project and program management, process excellence, and enterprise change efforts
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from business case through measurable delivery in an organization of meaningful complexity
- Expertise in process excellence, including structured improvement methodology applied to measurable operational, service, and cost outcomes
- Experience leading structured change management through to measurable adoption, not solely through launch
- Professional certification in two or more of the following disciplines: organizational design methodology, change management, process improvement, project management
- A track record of partnering with and advising senior executives without direct authority over their functions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to move between executive briefing and…
