• Oversee strategic projects which support the Inflight Operations teams
• Lead Inflight's Emergency Planning & Response functions
• The role is a part of the Strategy & Support team within the Inflight group

What you'll do:

• Support and execute operations strategy
• Facilitate Ops Reliability & OKR Projects
• Drive process & system improvements to support FAs and our operation
• Lead Inflight Emergency Response readiness plans
• Partner with the APFA on the Critical Incident Response Program
• Manage Inflight requirements for new station start-ups/terminal moves
• Maintain Inflight Airport Resource Guide
• Liaise with airport leaders on operations performance initiatives
• Lead a team responsible for administrative and regulatory tasks associated to the operation
• Handle reviewing/coding/approving invoices, where applicable

All you'll need for success:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education & Prior Job
  
  Experience:
  
  Bachelor's degree / Master's degree or equivalent training/experience
• 5+ years of aviation experience or relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  Experience managing a team and with Inflight and/or Airport Operations
• Prior experience with roles and responsibilities associated to Emergency Planning & Response
