TBK Bank is seeking a senior leader to oversee Payment Operations, guiding a team across ACH, wires, cards, RTP, and emerging rails. You will set goals, performance standards, and drive continuous improvement while working with cross-functional partners to maintain strong controls and reliable settlement.
The role requires 7–10+ years in payment or banking operations with 3–5+ years in leadership, plus ISO 20022 and NACHA/Reg E/AML-KYC knowledge. AAP certification is preferred.
