We are seeking an Operations Schedule Manager for a direct hire position in Fort Worth, TX

• Pay is $120k- $140k depending on experience
• Comprehensive employee benefits such as 401k match, health insurance and more!
• First shift (Monday to Friday)
• Can be a remote or hybrid role but in-office highly preferred

Responsibilities for Operations Manager (Scheduling)

• Overseeing scheduling, progress tracking, and supporting the Commercial, BESS, and Solar business groups
• Training and mentoring team members and stakeholders on scheduling procedures and best practices
• Responsible for project control methodologies to ensure the successful delivery of all projects. on time.
• Assist the project teams in evaluating schedule impacts due to changes in design, scope, and resources
• Facilitate meetings with project teams to review schedules, progress, and resolve any scheduling conflicts

Requirements for Operations Manager (Scheduling)

• Renewable Energy experience especially PV BESS
• At least 3-5 years of experience scheduling utility scale construction
• The ability to travel at least 20% of the time to attend on-site meetings and meet with employees. A company credit card will be provided for any travel expenses.
• Job sites are in:
  Paris, TX and Temple, TX.
