Position SummaryWe're looking for a leader who is passionate about building a successful business and developing a high-performing team.
The right person must have an entrepreneurial mindset, be a true self-starter, and be comfortable taking ownership of studio growth, sales goals, and the overall customer experience.
The General Manager leads by example, creates a culture of accountability, and is passionate about developing both people and the business.
Key Responsibilities- Drive monthly membership sales and recurring revenue.
- Lead membership consultations and sales presentations.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue goals.
- Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve studio performance.
- Ensure consistent lead follow-up and conversion.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop Flexologists and Sales Associates.
- Coach team members through regular one-on-ones and performance reviews.
- Create a positive, high-performance culture built on accountability and teamwork.
- Schedule staff to maximize sales opportunities and member experience.
- Oversee daily studio operations.
- Maintain scheduling, payroll, inventory, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Stretch Lab operating standards and brand expectations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.
- Deliver an exceptional five-star member experience.
- Build lasting relationships with members.
- Address member concerns professionally and promptly.
- Drive member retention through outstanding service and consistent communication.
- Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations.
- Execute grassroots marketing initiatives and referral programs.
- Support studio social media efforts and local events.
- Develop partnerships that increase brand awareness and membership growth.
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
- Proven success leading sales teams and achieving revenue goals.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience in fitness, wellness, retail, hospitality, or membership-based businesses preferred.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and business management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
