Job Summary:Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, the Director,Foundation Operations is responsible for managing core operational functions that support the Foundation’s strategic goals. This role ensures effective coordination of fundraising, scholarshipagreements, and stakeholder engagement. The Director plays a keyrole in advancing the Foundation’s mission through thoughtfulplanning and operational oversight.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Performance Requirements*
- Oversees daily operations of the Foundation office, includingscholarships, records management, communication, donor stewardship,and fundraising
- Assists the Chief Development Officer with project and event planning, design, development, and implementation
- Supports the Chief Development Officer with Board of Directorbusiness, including preparation of meeting materials and agendaitems
- Contributes to the development and execution of fundraising initiatives, including annual giving campaigns and strategic planning
- Communicates project milestones, challenges, and recommended solutions to the Chief Development Officer in a timely manner
- Maintains accurate and organized records related to donoractivity, scholarships, and board documentation
- Coordinates internal and external communications to ensure consistent messaging and stakeholder engagement
- Provides leadership for all assigned employees
- Participates on behalf of the College in external community organizations and associations as assigned to support the essential performance requirements
- Attends the workplace regularly, reports to work punctually, and follows a work schedule to keep up with the demands of the worksite
- Completes all required training and professional development sessions sponsored through Tarrant County College (TCC)
- Supports the mission, values, goals, and principles of the College
- Works under the general supervision of the Chief Development Officer of the Tarrant County College Foundation

RequiredMinimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and seven (7) years of work-related experience relevant to the Essential Performance Requirements; or any equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
- Three (3) years of experience supervising direct reports,including assigning work, managing performance, coaching employees,and supporting employee development
- Master’s degree
- At least three (3) years’ working experience leading strategic planning and implementation
- At least three (3) years’ working experience leading the development of fundraising and engagement initiatives
- At least three (3) years’ working experience in a community college environment related to the Essential Performance Requirements
- Knowledge of Foundation activities, including fundraising,stewardship, board relations, scholarship awarding, and communication
- Skilled in oral and written communication, with the ability topresent creative content
- Skilled in customer service and interpersonal interactions
