Job Description *
* You will be a Program Manager, F‑35 Sustainment Global Services for the F‑35 Sustainment Program Management Office which is responsible for driving service‑driven supply and maintenance improvements across the enterprise.

** What You Will Be Doing*
* As the Program Manager, F‑35 Sustainment Global Services you will be responsible for leading the execution of Global Services elements, shaping enterprise‑wide maintenance strategies, and stewarding a high‑impact portfolio.

** Your responsibilities will include:*
* + Develop and maintain valued customer relationships while delivering on cost, schedule, and technical performance commitments.

+ Lead enterprise integration and delivery across the customer, Lockheed Martin business areas, F‑35 PMOs, LM Aero functions, and the supply base.

+ Guide a team of Control Account Managers and Project Managers through strategy, capture, negotiation, baselining, execution, and closeout of contract scope.

+ Identify and implement maintenance improvement initiatives that elevate enterprise performance and drive cost efficiencies.

** Basic Qualifications*
* + Sustainment experience

+ Demonstrated PM experience, managing large value and complex programs

+ Experience leading large-scale enterprise solutions, inclusive of multiple business entities, suppliers, customers, and large functional teams

+ Experience in complex decision making and problem-solving

+ Experience communicating with senior customer and company leadership levels

+ Understanding of earned value management (EVM)

** Desired Skills*
* Depth in F-35 maintenance experience, including major issue resolution and sustainment experience

F-35 Program Management experience

Demonstrated ability in creating and driving performance excellence plans, across the enterprise

Proposal leadership of capture efforts;
Contract negotiation experience;
Subcontractor proposals/ execution oversight

Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin capture team to develop BOE's (ATPS)

* Full-Time Salary Range: $148300.00 - $275500.00
