Randy Hiley moved to Fort Worth, Texas in 1967 to work for his uncle, Dub Shaw, a Fort Worth Ford Dealer. He worked there for several years and then went to work for local competition Charlie Hillard, where he worked for fourteen years, later becoming vice-president over seven franchises.

Hiley Auto Group is seeking a Parts Manager. We are expanding and need top talent to build out our management team! You willbe joining a dealership with a talented team, a motivated executive team with resources to help you succeed, and a fantastic community reputation. Expected compensation $80,000 to $110,000 per year with our pay plans.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous automotive parts management experience is REQUIRED for this position. Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of high customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone who works hard, communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential, not just a job.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work hands on Parts Counter Representatives to assist customers.
• Manage inventory to maintain stock levels and minimize obsolescence.
• Maintain relationships with wholesale clients.
• Report to executive management on stock levels, forecast results, and growth opportunities.
• Manage inventory, including ordering out of stock parts.
• Follow OSHA guidelines for workplace safety.
• Complete training for certification as assigned by management.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
