Standard Job Description
You will be the Manager of the F-35 Mission Systems Sustainment Supply team, reporting to the Integrated Sustainment Parts & Materials Senior Manager. In this role you will be the direct leader for a team of approximately 20 Item Analysts, responsible for ensuring delivery of materials to the Global F-35 Fleet, and repair and order management to meet customer outcomes. This will require a collaborative business approach working relationships with the Lockheed Martin team, Government Program Office (JSFPO), Suppliers/Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), warehousing/transportation providers, and F-35 customers.
BasicQualifications
- Demonstrated prior experience with leading teams and/or project teams
- Demonstrated experience overseeing and managing the operational aspects of ongoing projects and/or serving as the liaison in a cross-functional environment; ability to work without frequent oversight and tenacity to accomplish assignments
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with customers and key stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience creating presentations and presenting to senior-level company executives and customers
- Demonstrated experience operating within a Supply Chain Management or Logistics function (i.e. distribution, logistics, support systems, contract negotiations, and/or sub-contract knowledge)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
- Understanding of how Supply Metrics (i.e. MICAP Hours, GIE, S-Rate, TNMCS) contribute to air vehicle metrics (i.e. MC, FMC)
- F-35 and/or military aircraft sustainment experience
- PBL contracting and/or measurement experience
- Customer service/customer relationship management experience
Supply Item Management experience is a plus
Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
