Service Manager

Position: SERVICE MANAGER
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager looking to lead an experienced team ofservice advisors. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing service advisors and making sure that our service department provides excellent customer service, scheduling appointments, and providing estimates and recommendations for repairs. The Service Manager must be able to communicate effectively with both customers and advisors, aid the team in setting and completing their goals, and managethe workflow of the service department, ensuring that all jobs are completed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

Set and maintain service advisors, monthly, quarterly and yearly goals.

Ensure that customers are being provided with excellent customer service.

Develop and implement service policies and procedures

Monitor Service Advisor-Customer interactions and help provide accurate information when needed.

Manage service department budget and expenses

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Assist customers in understanding their repair needs, costs, and timeframe. Requirements:
