Overview
This position pays $16.65 per hour (including shift premium) with increases at 90 and 360 days if meeting expectations.
Accurately counts and pulls parts, re-verifies part numbers and quantities, enters required information in the system (e.g., internal part verification, order quantity, customer requirements), applies and scans bar codes on orders, finalizes orders in the system, and places totes on the conveyor. Repackages remaining parts as needed and returns them to the proper location. May perform stocking duties by scanning product to be stocked, verifying part numbers and quantities, scanning storage locations, and ensuring parts in location match the parts to be stocked.
Rotates stock to maintain first-in, first-out where appropriate. If space is insufficient, identifies a new location using a split stock function or a larger location; scans parts into the new location and verifies within the warehouse control system (WCS). May be required to operate a pushcart and/or carousel.
- Ensure internal and external customer expectations for quality, cost, and on-time delivery within assigned areas.
- Meet established quality goals related to parts-per-million errors and productivity goals defined by Management.
- Actively participate in job qualification audits and adhere to all established standard operating procedures.
- Maintain acceptable time and attendance per HR and Operations policies; overtime may be required due to business demands.
- Demonstrate a teamwork-oriented attitude; collaborate with others to complete work efficiently; accept and perform other duties as required; work independently with minimal supervision; maintain urgency and focus on delivering results.
- Maintain a safe working environment by following established safety policies and reporting hazards.
- Support daily warehouse department metrics on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Perform FOD (foreign object detection) and location maintenance to uphold 5S standards.
- Cross-train in other areas as required outside of primary job function.
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required; prior warehouse experience is preferred.

- May require an in-house material handling equipment license according to equipment type, and follow defined safety guidelines
