Verify accuracy of outbound shipments, including product type, quantity, lot/serial numbers, labeling, and packaging;
Check shipments against order documentation and WMS data to ensure compliance with customer specifications;
Inspect packaging integrity, correct labeling, and overall product presentation;
Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or non-conforming products promptly;
Collaborate with warehouse teams (picking, packing, and shipping) to resolve issues and prevent recurring errors
