Job Title: Assembler - Automation Products
Location: Forth Worth, TX (close to Heritage Parkway and Eagle Pkwy)
Pay: $19 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5 PM
Job Type: Full time
NOTE: The Assemblers must have 1 year of experience working as an Assembler in the similar environment. This is not a typical warehouse job.
MGR Workforce is hiring Assemblers to work on site for a client that manufactures automation products (example - robotic parts for automation). This role involves hands‑on assembly work in a production setting and requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to follow instructions.
Key Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to)- Assemble mechanical, electrical, or electro‑mechanical components based on work instructions, drawings, or schematics
- Perform sub‑assemblies and final assemblies according to production schedules
- Use hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring equipment
- Read and interpret assembly instructions, bills of materials, and job travelers
- Conduct visual and basic functional inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Identify and report defects, shortages, or assembly issues to supervisors
- Rework or adjust assemblies as needed to meet specifications
- Label, package, and prepare finished products for the next stage of production or shipment
- Maintain accurate production and quality records as required
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with 5S or similar standards
- Assist with inventory handling, material movement, and line support as needed
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience of 1 year is MANDATORY
- Resume must show the assembler experience
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and repeat processes accurately
- Good hand‑eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work a consistent schedule
- Must be comfortable to work in a fast paced environment
