Flexcraft is looking for a Process Technician who takes pride in running equipment efficiently, troubleshooting issues, and producing quality products safely. If you’re mechanically inclined and thrive in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you.

Why This Role MattersYou keep production running at peak efficiency by monitoring machines, performing mold changes, and resolving issues before they become downtime. Your work directly impacts quality, safety, and delivery.
What You’ll Do- Monitor injection molding and blow molding machines
- Troubleshoot equipment and auxiliary systems
- Perform mold changes, startups, and preventative maintenance
- Clean and maintain material handling equipment
- Work with Quality to resolve issues and verify product specs
- Use measurement tools (calipers, gauges, scales, etc.)
- Complete setup, maintenance, and production documentation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Help train and support new team members

Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to use measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, rulers)
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, data entry)
- Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
Preferred
- Manufacturing experience (injection molding a plus)
- Experience with GMP, ISO, Lean, or 5S
- Familiarity with IQMS or similar systems
