As a Press Operator, you will set up, operate, and maintain machinery, troubleshoot problems, and make adjustments to improve performance. The role requires performing quality control, following safety regulations, and maintaining cleanliness in the work area.

• Set up machinery for operation
• Start machinery and make adjustments to improve performance
• Operate machinery and equipment according to instructions
• Troubleshoot issues and perform maintenance

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing facility, or similar relevant experience
• Ability to lift heavy equipment, bend, and stand or walk for long periods of time

The base pay range for this position is $17/hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
