Symbiotic Services is seeking a Machine Operator – Foam to support manufacturing operations in a fast‑paced production environment. This role is responsible for operating foam‑related equipment, supporting production processes, and maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail‑oriented, and committed to efficiency and teamwork.

• Operate foam machinery and equipment according to production standards
• Follow work instructions to cut, shape, and prepare foam components
• Ensure products meet established quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in alignment with 5S standards
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies at all times
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to meet daily production goals
• Support training efforts and assist teammates as needed
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned

• General knowledge of manufacturing processes; foam or upholstery experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to communicate effectively (English required; Spanish or Vietnamese plus)
• Team‑oriented with the ability to follow instructions and work independently
