Position OverviewThe Slip Sheet Forklift Operator is responsible for safely loading, unloading, and moving product using a forklift equipped with a push‑pull (slip sheet) attachment. This role requires precision, efficiency, and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities- Operate a forklift with slip sheet (push‑pull) attachment safely and efficiently
- Load and unload trailers using slip sheet method
- Stage and move product within the warehouse
- Perform daily equipment inspections
- Maintain accurate documentation and inventory tracking
- Follow OSHA and company safety policies at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Proven experience operating a slip sheet (push‑pull) forklift attachment
- Minimum 1–2 years of forklift experience preferred
- Ability to work 12‑hour shifts (6AM–6PM)
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Use of power equipment to load and unload product. Safely move, locate, relocate, stack and count product.

Position Competency- Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift license.
