Position Overview

The Slip Sheet Forklift Operator is responsible for safely loading, unloading, and moving product using a forklift equipped with a push‑pull (slip sheet) attachment. This role requires precision, efficiency, and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Operate a forklift with slip sheet (push‑pull) attachment safely and efficiently
  • Load and unload trailers using slip sheet method
  • Stage and move product within the warehouse
  • Perform daily equipment inspections
  • Maintain accurate documentation and inventory tracking
  • Follow OSHA and company safety policies at all times
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
  • Proven experience operating a slip sheet (push‑pull) forklift attachment
  • Minimum 1–2 years of forklift experience preferred
  • Ability to work 12‑hour shifts (6AM–6PM)
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Purpose of Position

Use of power equipment to load and unload product. Safely move, locate, relocate, stack and count product.
