Job Overview
As a Manufacturing Planner Staff, you will play a critical role in leading material distribution and allocation decisions for the global demand of the F35 Program.
Key Responsibilities- Network and leverage data and resources across all production/FAB sites, SCM, sustainment, and labs to make allocation decisions and assist in adjudication/pre‑adjudication board decisions at the ELT levels.
- Research critical parts at the production, sustainment, lab, and vendor level to build line of balances and forecasting data charts to inform and drive program level decisions.
- Assess the weight of allocation decisions across the entire F35 Program with a global production mindset.
- Monitor schedules of accelerated demand together with Sustainment and identify potential candidates for formal adjudication at the director level.
- Manage the Production Asset Request (PARs) site, approving or rejecting part requests from Sustainment and labs and coordinating decisions with SCM POCs.
- Represent Production Control in all director level adjudication board meetings, presenting accurate inventory and forecasting data to support global production allocation decisions.
- Own the PGMC (program critical material control) process for the FWT site, determining which critical parts need controlled distribution decisions applied at the warehouse level.
- Request charts and supporting data for all groups requesting production parts currently in a shortage status situation and validate data against current SAP data.
- Identify less than lead time and accelerated demand activities and initiate corrective action reviews with the issuing department to align SAP need dates with true and accurate dates.

- Strong technical knowledge of inventory and tool control systems.
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise with stakeholders across all levels.

- Experience in Production Operation or Production Control.
- Experience with SAP/MRP.
- Experience with MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in data manipulation.
- Experience with SAP, QADS, Apriso, SFM, PDM, and Rapid Response.
- Experience with TNC Payback.
- Complex problem‑solving experience.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross‑domain team.
- Experience with PAR/SAR request site.
- Supply Chain Management and project management experience.
Ability to work remotely:
Onsite full‑time. Schedule for this position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
