* ** Logistics Supervisor*
* ** to join our team on 2nd Shift! This position will be based at our*
* ** Fort Worth, TX facility.*
* ** You'll make an impact by:*
* + Primary responsibilities include Receiving and Shipping and will work closely with Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Planning to support production while leading a team of 10-20 team members.

+ Teams accurate and efficient receipt of products, storing inventory, and shipping products to our customers.

+ Handling team schedules and daily assignments.

+ Continuous improvement, standard processes, root cause and resolution.

** You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:*

* Basic Qualifications:

*
* + 2 or more years' experience in manufacturing processes and inventory replenishment methods (KANBAN, Vendor Managed Inventory, Consignment, etc.)

+ Bachelor's degree in engineering or supply-chain management are strongly desired, although a combination of educations (High School Diploma or GED) and directly related work experience will also be considered.

+ Proven leadership skills with the ability to work with various levels in an organization.

+ Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) with excellent verbal, written and presentations skills.

+ Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

* + Project Management with proven delivery and improvement project in a manufacturing environment.

+ Lean, Six Sigma, Root Cause and/or Continuous Improvement skills (APICS/CPM Accreditation)
