Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
Job SummaryWe are seeking dependable Assemblers and Soldering Assemblers to join our manufacturing team in Burleson, TX. This role is responsible for assembling components, subassemblies, and finished products while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards. Candidates with experience in electronic assembly, soldering, manufacturing, or mechanical assembly are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble products and components using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
- Perform soldering of electronic components, wires, and assemblies as required.
- Read and follow work instructions, assembly drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
- Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
- Identify defects and communicate issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Meet daily production goals and timelines.
- Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.
- Experience working in a manufacturing, assembly, production, or related environment preferred.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and work orders.
- Electronic assembly or PCB assembly experience.
- Previous soldering experience.
- Experience working in a lean manufacturing environment.
- Quality inspection or production quota experience.
- Assembly and production work.
- Ability to read work instructions, blueprints, or assembly drawings.
- Hand tool and power tool proficiency.
- Soldering and wire assembly.
- Electronic component assembly.
- Mechanical assembly.
- Quality inspection and testing.
- Blueprint reading.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
