Training & Development Manager (Manufacturing)

Salary: $80,000 | Full-Time | Direct Hire

We're seeking a Training & Development Manager to lead training initiatives in a manufacturing environment with a strong focus on leadership development, workforce competency, and operational training programs. This role partners closely with plant leadership to ensure training aligns with production goals, safety standards, and business objectives.

• Lead training strategy, workforce development, and competency programs within a manufacturing setting
• Develop and manage leadership training and technical training roadmaps
• Administer training systems (CSOD) and track employee development progress
• Partner with plant leaders and operations teams to align training with production needs
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company training requirements
• Support audits and drive continuous improvement across training programs

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of training/L&D experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Experience developing competency-based and leadership training programs
• Familiarity with manufacturing operations, safety standards, and compliance training
