Employment Solutions is currently seeking an onsite night shift Lab Technician to work in Alab for a well‑established company in the Fort Worth area. Our client manufactures and distributes various consumer products worldwide and has been in business for over 100 years.

Shift: M‑F 10 p‑6:30 a (work occasional weekends; must be able to train on days for 4‑6 weeks. Afterwards, you will transition to your night shift). Pay: $25/hr paid every Friday.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain analytical bench test equipment—Rheometer, pH meter, etc.
  • Certify and execute micro plating as well as handle media.
  • Support and drive quality improvement in the lab.
  • Help ensure compliance with Regulatory Quality Systems and Audits.
  • Support development of quality SOPs.
  • Perform analysis according to the plan of control and document findings, analyze trends, and put together quality action plans.
Job Requirements
  • Must be able to work weekends and have flexibility to work overtime as needed.
  • Must be comfortable working in a consistently cold storage environment in and around loud noise levels.
  • Communicate and interact regularly throughout the shift with other departments and/or leadership.
  • Must be able to work with various chemicals.
  • Evaluate ingredients and products.
  • Lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Ensure accuracy in testing procedures and mix formulation calculations with a high sense of odors and flavors.
  • Ability to do basic math, quick and precise thinking.
  • Full understanding of GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices).
  • Able to operate office equipment.
  • Full knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, etc.), including SAP, MP2, IQS.
  • Experience using lab equipment including: CEM, FT120, D‑Count, Epic, Petrifilm, Lateral Flow Device, pipettors.
