We are looking for General workers, Material handler, and Machine Operators for both Days and Nights with NEWLY INCREASED WAGES!

• Pay: $20.50 – $25.00/hour
• Shift: 12-hour shifts
• Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM ($1.50 differential)

• Inspect label rolls for print, die-cut, and seam quality throughout the finishing process.
• Remove defective material and perform web splicing per specification.
• Operate finishing processes including jogging, cutting, and rewinding.
• Use tools such as ruler, safety knife, and hole punch for splicing and adjustments.
• Handle rolls and palletize finished product to prevent damage.
• Identify and understand common printing and finishing defects.
• Accurately complete production documentation and enter data into Globetek
  .
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Support team initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.

• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) for counts and conversions.
• Ability to work with standard U.S. units (weight, volume, distance).
• Basic computer skills (
  Windows-based systems
  ).
• Prior manufacturing or printing experience preferred but not required.

• Stand and walk for extended periods during shift.
• Frequent use of hands for handling materials and tools.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, or climbing.
• Visual ability including close, distance, and color vision.
