Position: Industrial Maintenance Technician (OEM Structural Components)

What You’ll Do
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial production equipment across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems.
  • Perform preventive maintenance to improve uptime, reduce breakdowns, and support continuous production flow.
  • Diagnose equipment issues using schematics, manuals, and diagnostic tools such as multimeters and inspection equipment.
  • Work on motors, conveyors, sensors, control systems, and fluid power equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying root causes of failures and improving equipment reliability.
What You Bring
  • Hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical repair, electrical troubleshooting, or manufacturing equipment service.
  • Working knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems, motor controls, and basic industrial wiring concepts.
  • Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems used in production or industrial equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret basic electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, or mechanical prints.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with experience using hand tools, power tools, and basic test equipment (multimeter, clamp meter, etc.).
