The Electrical Products (EP) Business Unit offers a full range of low‑voltage power distribution and control products that deliver safe, reliable, and efficient electrical solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial markets.

Transform the everyday with us Assembler I – 1st Shift, Fort Worth, TX

Hourly Rate: $17.50 – $21.00 + 5% Shift Differential

Basic Qualifications
  • Basic computer skills and use of basic mechanical/measuring tools.
  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language.
  • Make coordinated movements of the hands and arms to grasp and move objects, stoop, bend, squat, crawl and climb.
  • Reach, grasp, lift 75 lbs, and push/pull/slide heavy material (as needed).
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
You’ll Make an Impact By
  • Processing and scanning work orders (utilizing computers, scanning devices, etc.) in adherence to the production schedule or expedited orders.
  • Reading and interpreting documents associated with the completion of mechanical assembly assignments (blueprints, bill of materials, one‑line diagrams, etc.).
  • Collecting parts and accessories required in the assembly process, assembling fabricated parts to build unit assemblies (Low Voltage Switchgear, Switchboards, and Power Panels) or subassemblies while using tools and equipment common to the mechanical and/or wiring trade (hand & power tools, wire strippers, pliers, crimpers).
  • Preparing finished units for shipping (packing, sealing, labeling, etc.).
  • Securing component parts on frames, subassemblies, or unit assemblies while verifying that units meet specifications, tolerances, and customer order requirements.
  • Disassembling units to adjust or replace parts and connect cables and basic wires, marking units with identifying information and attaching identifying tags, reporting non‑conforming items.
  • Performing other work as advised by supervision.
