Maintenance Technician (Lean Manufacturing Specialist) responsible for supporting industrial production operations by ensuring equipment reliability, efficiency, and safety across the facility. This role focuses on maintaining and optimizing CNC machinery, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and automated packaging equipment to support continuous production flow. The position also emphasizes Lean Manufacturing practices to reduce downtime, improve processes, and enhance overall operational performance. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and experience working in fast‑paced manufacturing environments with a focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
$18.00- $20.00 DOE Monday to Friday 8am-4:30am must speak English and Spanish.
Responsibilities- Maintain and repair CNC machines, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and automated equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical and equipment failures to reduce downtime
- Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery
- Support Lean Manufacturing practices (5S, Kaizen, TPM)
- Conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Follow safety procedures including Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO)
- Assist in improving equipment efficiency and reliability
- Ability to work overtime when required.
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
