Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking a full time Early Career Manufacturing Engineer for a position within the Aeronautics Business Area Manufacturing Engineers provide support for all stages of a platform's program lifecycle The Manufacturing Engineering ME discipline is consulted and responsible for manufacturing plan development, full rate production standup and support, and post delivery sustainment and modification activities MEs are integral at every program stage for efficient and effective aircraft production
This position will be embedded in detailed manufacturing plans, concepts, processes, and procedures The day to day tasking will include working with design engineers and shop floor personnel to support production of our various platforms

* Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related technical field experience
Previous experience or expressed interest working in an Operations role in a manufacturing environment
Strong oral and written communication skills

Hands on practical skills
Demonstrated interpersonal and collaboration skills required in a team environment
Demonstrated proficiency with MS office, Excel, and Power Point

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility
** Work Schedules:
** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits
** Schedule for this Position:
** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
