We are photovoltaic materials manufacturer supporting the solar energy industry. Based in Fort Worth, TX, we focus on delivering reliable products, efficient manufacturing, and high quality standards. Location:
Fort Worth, TX 76140. Shift: 1st, 8 am - 5 pm;
Monday - Friday. Pay: $17 per hour.
- Complete all preparation tasks prior to machine startup, including reviewing SOPs, SIPs, work orders, work order tracking sheets, and daily production reports.
- Ensure tool readiness and verify that packaging materials match job specifications.
- Load materials onto the production line accurately to maintain smooth, uninterrupted operations.
- Conduct strict visual and aesthetic inspections of products in accordance with Standard Inspection Procedures (SIP).
- Perform assembly, packaging, boxing, and precise label preparation/application according to approved SOPs.
- Handle material scraps, gate run-offs, and defective products dynamically; ensure they are properly labeled and isolated in designated containment areas.
- Accurately and punctually fill out the Daily Production Report and other mandatory tracking forms.
- Promptly report any production issues, material shortages, quality non-conformances, or equipment/safety abnormalities to the Shift Leader or Production Supervisor.
- Clean, organize, and maintain the work area daily to strictly comply with 5S and company housekeeping principles.
- Adhere strictly to all company, workshop, and job‑specific disciplines, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in daily Shift Team Meetings and complete temporary tasks assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of six months of relevant manufacturing, assembly line, or quality inspection experience in the same or related industry.
- Strong execution skills with an ability to process written and verbal work instructions accurately.
- Strong teamwork orientation, excellent cooperative skills, and the capability to build smooth, effective communication channels.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, reach, and perform repetitive hand and arm movements for extended periods of time.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
