Production Supervisor – Fort Worth, TX

• Drive daily production processes and serve as hub of information transfer between the hourly assembly workforce, management, engineering, quality control, purchasing, and planning.
• Improve safety for all personnel that work in and around the production line while driving efforts and initiatives to reduce production errors, improve product quality, and increase efficiency.
• Handle production schedule, assign personnel to work areas, supervise progress, coordinate and document training of personnel, drive continuous improvement projects, and conduct annual employee performance evaluations.
• Maintain working relationships with local union by following the collective bargaining agreement.
• Support digitalization efforts to implement tools such as Digital Work Instructions, Operator Displays, Performance/Status Dashboards, and other connecting tools.

• 2+ years of successful experience in an Assembly/Manufacturing environment.
• Project Management experience; strong leadership and time management skills, understanding of management approaches for work direction, motivation, talent development and performance management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

• Lean Manufacturing techniques.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics.

The pay range for this position is $61,547–$105,509 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
