Position Summary

YOU WILL BE WORKING 36 HOURS BUT GETTING PAID FOR 40!

Schedule:

Sunday - Tuesday 5:00 am - 5:30 pm or until job is complete. Schedule will include a rotating Saturday for overtime. Schedule is subject to change with business needs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
  • Use scanners to locate and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
  • Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds. When lifting commercial tires, perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment.
  • When working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires, exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
  • Work at heights up to 25 feet for stock racks, while operating equipment safely.
  • Be on the move; work on your feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
  • Contribute to our culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
  • Assist other departments such as e‑commerce, inventory, and will‑call depending on business needs.
  • Other job‑related tasks as directed by supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Employee must be qualified in visual, auditory, physical, and mental ability to operate equipment safely. Frequently lift products up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds, and exert up to 40 pounds of pushing force. May perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment when handling commercial tires. Work at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment.

Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, SRL. All equipment is provided by U.S. Auto Force except for steel/composite toe boots.

May be exposed to weather conditions, moderate noise, and fumes from tires and lubricants.

Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
  • At least one year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally 80 pounds.
  • Ability to exert up to 40 pounds of pushing force with barrels and industrial tires.
  • Ability to work at heights of up to 25 feet while operating equipment.
  • Abide by company safety policies and state/federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
  • Must pass forklift certification.
  • Willing to work overtime as needed.
  • Follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
  • Work well in a team environment.
  • Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (no THC testing).
